Mater Health Services Registered Nurse Graduate Program 2012 July Intake is now open for applications.

We are seeking candidates who have completed a Bachelor of Nursing degree within the past 12 months, and have less than six months work experience as a Registered Nurse since graduation.

With specialised Mothers', Children's and Adult Public and Private Hospitals, Mater Health Services offers a broad range of services.

As part of the mid-year program, Mater Health Services in South Brisbane is offering graduate Registered Nurses a choice of the programs within the:

• Mater Adult Hospital
• Mater Adult Private Hospital Brisbane
• Mater Children's Hospital
• Mater Mothers' Hospital

These programs include:

• One week orientation
• Supernumerary time throughout all programs
• Professional Development Days
• Clinical learning packages and competencies
• Full support by Clinical Preceptors, Clinical Facilitators and Graduate Support Coordinators and Nurse Educators

Working hours

The graduate program is available on a full-time basis only and you will be expected to participate in a rotational roster. You may be required to work rostered shifts on a 24 hour 7 day per week rotating roster.
