 Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop, coach and mentor the client relationship teams
  • Review and manage client contracts
  • Ensure the implementation and smooth transition of new clients to the company
  • Continually develop and implement Service Delivery Agreements
  • Review client profitability to ensure best financial outcome
  • Working with clients in fully utilising the latest technology
 You will bring;
 
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role in leading a team on a National basis
  • Experience in the travel & tourism industry highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and mentoring staff
  • Experience in working with large corporate entities
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience in presenting and delivering solutions
  • Strong analytical and report writing.
  • Knowledge of the latest developments in online travel technology
