Online Customer Service - 7 nights ON, 7 nights OFF! **only work half the year**

This fun, dynamic company based in Surry Hills is looking for a Customer Service driven individual to add even more value to their team.  With offices close to public transport, you will work with an Online booking tool, servicing calls and emails from the direct public as well as travel agents.  Your excellent worldwide travel knowledge of destinations will be well rewarded, and full training on company products will be provided.

You must be able to work 7 NIGHTS straight Monday-Sunday - but then get the next 7 nights off completely!

Hours are Monday-Sunday 10:30m - 7:30am.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who wants every second week free, talk about work life balance!

You should have the following attributes:

  • Travel Industry experience
  • Excellent customer service
  • Commitment to work the required shifts
  • Computer skills - Good Internet, email and MS Office applications
  • Be able to work unsupervised, with a proactive attitude
