ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the General Manager the Technical Writer is responsible for researching, analysing and developing technical process documentation with a strong emphasis on instructional design. As well as creating new material there will be a requirement to edit and standardise existing processes, practices and user manuals. A key aspect of the role is document quality control and management which encompasses the maintenance of records and files in compliance with established principles and legislation.
