As the new addition to this award winning team you will be able to relate and communicate well with this particular market and preferably be able to reflect on your own travel experiences or current sales experience to assist with recommendations. 

The company has a family style atmosphere in this small team environment and due to this, they have maintained long term staff retention for many years now. There is a great social vibe in the office as all adopt a work hard, play hard attitude.

To be successful in securing this role you will require:

• Previous reservation sales experience, preferably from a wholesale travel environment. No groups needed.
• Personal travel experience to Africa. They cover all areas from South Africa right up to Egypt and Jordan and everything in between.
• Competent use of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills as you will deal with agents, direct public and suppliers.
• The desire to work on custom itineraries

No particular system experience is required as a lot of the booking are made manually!!
