Must haves...

·        Demonstrated knowledge and experience andstrong understanding of business process management approaches, benefits,challenges and risks.

·        Demonstrated extensive experience in establishingBPM frameworks in large and diverse organisations;

·        Significant stakeholder engagement& management & workshop facilitation experience;

·        Superior communication skills, bothoral and written;

Could haves... 

·        Experience developing or establishingmethodology and governance frameworks on ERP programs

·        Experience with ERP implementation

Will do...

·        Provide strategic advice on approachesto BPM frameworks and methodologies and governance frameworks;

·        Engagement and management of all keystakeholders;

·        Identify and quantify business benefits

·        Develop a proposal for Executiveincluding cost, resource & support commitments

While this is ashort contract it may lead to furtherwork in implementation phases.
