Must haves...

• Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Excel
• Knowledge of project life cycle or experience in project environment
• Technical skills in telecommunications & infrastructure
• Experience in project planning, defining business requirements, resource management & time frames
• Experience in the use of data analysis theory and techniques
• Experience with eliciting & negotiating requirements with users
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to produce quality documentation
• Demonstrated ability to define & document processes
• Ability to be a strong advocate for the project
• Exceptional Stakeholder management
• Strong team player

Could haves...

• Extensive skills using Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of at least one workflow documentation system
• Experience in a commercial business environment
• Ability to work under pressure to deliver results

• End-to-end Process Mapping
• Research, analyse & propose solutions
• Document and form construction
