Reporting to the Group leader, you would be an integral and influential part of the team whose common goal is to work together to create and deliver the world's most influential infrastructure. 

Already a leader in all of the key markets that it services; providing a blend of international exposure, local knowledge, originality and authentic excellence in the proactive delivery of resolutions that enhance and evolve the world’s best projects.

Your remit is to increase the profile and deliver business growth for the Group within the mining sector. It is expected that you will accomplish this by providing general Civil Engineering support across Mining and Resource projects covering the full range of services provided by the corporation. In addition you will also be expected to contribute to the sales, profitability and management of work and people within the Group. This role also provides mentoring and career development to staff that they work with  

Once successful, you will take accountability for managing Key accounts, Implementing the strategy, mentoring and inspiring staff, to ensure of a favourable outcome. 

To achieve a successful outcome with your application, it is deemed critical to your success that you will encompass the following skills:

         Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) – essential

         15 + Years experience in civil engineering and Mining

         Previous experience within a design office

         It is critical that you are able to demonstrate impeccable leadership and teamwork
