Our client is a fast growing insurance brokerage based in the CBD area.  Our client is urgently seeking an exceptional receptionist cum office admin person to complement their team. This is a full time permanent position.

Your role will be varied and will include: 

·         Answering phones

·         Greeting clients 

.         Mail management

.         General Office administration duties 

To be considered, you will need to have:

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Knowledge and experience in an Office Administration or Reception role

·         Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

·         High attention to detail, and
