Join this global force in eTravel wholesaling & specialise in driving revenue for your assigned destination.  A dedicated Yield Manager is sought to join their highly motivated & success driven team in maintaining momentum and working with an unwaivered  focus towards increased commercial success.

Think pricing, conversion, yield management & destination analysis as key! You will be required to utilise all available tools & systems to extract  both current & historical data, prepare reports & anaylse this information to assist the decision making process across the business. You will be heavily involved in recommendations for inventory forecasting & pricing, based on seasonlity for your assigned region. You will track the progress of commercial initiatives & prepare product submissions for B2C initiatives/campaigns. You will review market performance within your region with a clear focus on a variance in set KPI's. Above all, you will work within a team environment & contribute to the ongoing sucess of this global business.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Prior professional experience in Commercial, Business or Revenue Analytics ESSENTIAL
  • A background in revenue management within the hotel industry is highly regarded
  • Prior experience / sound knowledge of the tourism industry (online travel exposure an advantage)
  • Prior experience in consumer -related activity advantageous
  • Exceptional PC skills (EXCEL in particular)
  • Tertiary qualified preferred
  • Personal Initiative
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively
  • Possess an open-mind & a flexible attitude that can readily be applied to this ever-changing sector
