ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is suited to an enthusiastic, degree qualified person who is looking to advance their career within a dynamic, supportive environment where professional development is highly valued. The role is primarily responsible for completing all transactional accounting entries, banking transactions, billing reports and fund reporting for self-managed superannuation funds.

Your duties include:

• Carrying out all actions arising from your Manager’s implementation of the clients Statement of Advice.
• Assisting your manager in organising any rollovers, contributions, pensions or lump sums for the fund
• Processing all daily transactions for the fund
• Assisting your manager in the ongoing and year end accounts process
• Lodging tax returns and other ATO requirements for the fund
• And much more!

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS

We are currently seeking hardworking and motivated graduates who are interested in building an accounting career with a leading financial services firm.

You will also bring:

• Australian Permanent Resident and Citizen only
• Degree qualified in a Accounting/Business/Commerce with a related major with a minimum high credit/distinction average
• Highly motivated professional  
• Outstanding communication skills            
• Excellent attention to detail          
• Able to manage multiple deadlines         
• Team orientated
