The right person will be able to clearly demonstrate the following capabilities:

Mandatory requirements:

-         5+ years MS Server/SBS Installation/Migration experience

-         3+ years Unix/Linux Installation/Migration/Support experience  

Professional requirements:

-         5+ years MS Server Support (MCSA,MCSE highly regarded)

-         5+ years Networking (Cisco exp, CCNA desirable)

-         3+ years experience in the management, administration and support of SME environments.

-         Proficient in Active Directory, IP routing, VPN, DHCP, DNS, WINS, Wired & Wireless

-         Proven experience in Helpdesk support levels 1, 2 & 3

Highly desirable but not essential:

-         Familiar with AIX, PABX, VIOP, Ghost, Acronis, VMWare

Personal requirements:

-         Excellent Time and Job management skills

-         Excellent Written and Oral communication skills

-         Professional and outgoing personality

-         Ability to work autonomously  

-         Proven ability to use logic and lateral thinking while troubleshooting

-         An enthusiastic approach IT service delivery

-         A proactive approach to education on current technological trends and product training

-         A current driver’s license and vehicle for site visits (expenses fully reimbursed)
