Our client is a state government department seeking a SOG C Senior Officer in Vocational Education and Training for a short term contract commencing asap until 24 December 2009.
The key responsibilities of the role include: - provision of research and advice both within the dept and externally; - policy development and program management; and - preparation of correspondence and other documents as required.
As SOG C Senior Officer, you will ideally have the following skills: - high level of analytical and research skills; - exceptional communication and negotiation abilities; and - experience in a government program or policy role. Experience or qualifications in education are desirable.
