The person we need…

The Executive Director of Engineering is a critical role in our organization. It will oversee the development and implementation of strategy that takes in National and International growth objectives, and will oversee what will probably become the largest business unit within our group. It is a demanding role that requires strong local market knowledge, and a desire to grow a team into a world class unit.

To be successful, you will need at least 5 years Recruitment or Sales experience, and have a good understanding of the Engineering / Environmental / Water industry. You will share our values about business, and be motivated to help build a world class company. Whilst experience building teams locally, nationally, or internationally is preferred, it is by no means essential. Attitude and determination are what really counts.

Given the critical and strategic nature of this role, variable Salary, commission and/or equity structures are available. We believe the opportunity is a compelling one, and look forward to sharing our vision with you in an interview.  

 

Salary/Rate:  $100000 - 250000
